Best book and/or series that you’ve read in 2018?

I went over this in my Top Reads of 2018 post. I rated nine books.

 Authors that you’ve recently found and would like to read more of in the new year?

Elizabeth Acevedo’s The Poet X really blew me away. I’m hoping to pick up her next book, With the Fire on High.

Most anticipated book turned to movie/TV show?

I’m super excited for the film adaptation of Nicola Yoon’s The Sun is Also a Star. Yara Shahidi is playing the lead and it’s such a great book. Everything, Everything played out so well on screen and I think that’ll be the case for this one, too.

Name a character that you wouldn’t mind sharing a kiss with at midnight (if there is one)?

Moises from The Education of Margot Sanchez. His character was great and I feel like he’d definitely be my type.

What’s on your TBR for 2019?

I posted a Beat the Backlist TBR that I’ll try to loosely stick to. I’ll also be adding in books throughout the year. The books from my thrifting adventure and photo shoot can be considered part of my 2019 TBR, as well.

How many books do you hope to read in 2019?

I set my Goodreads goal for 25.

 Will you participate in the Goodreads Reading Challenge or any others?

For sure! I’ve been doing the challenge for years now.

Any new year’s resolutions?

I just want to be a better and more consistent blogger.
